Benchmark Research announced today the promotion of two long-standing principal investigators (PI) to the roles of Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Research and Development and Chief of Family Medicine, Clinical Research and Development.

Benchmark Research, a fully-integrated network of multi-therapeutic research centers across three states, announced today the promotion of two long-standing principal investigators (PI) to the roles of Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Research and Development and Chief of Family Medicine, Clinical Research and Development.

Dr. Laurence Chu, a Benchmark Research PI in the Austin office, will assume the role of Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Research and Development while Dr. William Seger, a Benchmark Research PI in the Ft. Worth office, will assume the role of Chief of Family Medicine, Clinical Research and Development.

“Since 1997, we have worked diligently to put together the strongest group of principal investigators in the business. With the promotions of Drs. Chu and Seger to their new roles, we will be able to provide added value to the clients and patients that we serve,” said Mark Lacy, CEO of Benchmark Research.

Benchmark Research is a geographically diverse, fully-integrated network of multi-therapeutic research centers across three states. In the coming months, they will be adding their first Urgent & Family Care Center to their portfolio with several more to follow.
