The Etiquette Academy of New England to Host Business Etiquette & Leadership Workshops
(PRWEB) March 01, 2016 -- What: The Etiquette Academy of New England will host Business Etiquette and Leadership workshops on April 29th and June 2nd focused on developing interpersonal skills that pertain to a variety of industries. Discussion will focus on new research in the areas of team building, leadership, communication skills, netiquette, and client relations skills. Registrants will explore tactical, customized approaches for handling disagreements, learn how to adopt a positive communication style, and discuss specific recommendations for giving feedback. Individual personality assessments for each participant are included, and will be used as an example of how to guide colleagues in professional growth.
When: Workshops held on Friday, April 29th and Thursday, June 2nd from 9:30am-4:30pm
