NMS Capital Group Launches Global Risk Management Business - NMS Global Risk Solutions Ltd.
Beverly Hills, California (PRWEB) February 11, 2016 -- NMS Capital Group (NMS), a global capital advisory firm focused on investment banking, mergers, acquisitions, asset management, strategic advisory and private equity today announced that it has formally launched a new global risk management services group to be headquartered in London, England called, NMS Global Risk Solutions Ltd. (“NMS Global”). NMS Global will be headed by Marion Madden as Chief Executive Officer and John Gill as President.
NMS Global shall advise new and existing NMS advisory clients on the following: designing global commercial insurance strategies to drive organizational cost savings without impacting the quality of coverage, providing clients with more controls over cost of coverage, risk transfer and claims handling, the design and structure of specialty credit enhancement structures, and advisory support to NMS clients on the merger and acquisition process by advising on their consolidation of insurance and employee benefit programs.

Ms. Madden, in her capacity as firm CEO and based from the firm’s London office, is also a partner in NMS Global, shall be primarily responsible for business development, and the design and placement of insurance and reinsurance strategies for European, Middle East and Asian clients. Ms. Madden brings over 25 years of industry experience to the table, including Director, Board Level and Executive roles within American Express, RSA, R J Kiln, Argo International and IRB Brazil Re. Marion’s extensive experience in the Lloyds of London Insurance Market has led her to hold a number of high profile roles within this market and allowed her extensive involvement within the Lloyds Committees.
Mr. Gill, in his capacity as firm President and based from the firm’s Dallas office, is also a partner in NMS Global, working in concert with Ms. Madden, from the firm’s Dallas office, shall be primarily responsible for business development and coordination of structured insurance/reinsurance/credit enhancement solutions for U.S. based clients. Mr. Gill brings over 35 years of banking, insurance and financial services experience to the firm, including stints as President, Board Member and Executive Officer of two major property casualty insurance companies, Principal/Co-Founder of a financial services group and Regional VP with both Transamerica and MetLife Insurance companies.
