He has designed and developed innovative Information Extraction and Text-Driven Business Intelligence applications based on a wide range of Java, .Net, Oracle and MS SQL Server technologies. Galibov also created Open Calais (http://www.opencalais.com) a web-scale SaaS initiative and was responsible for integration, on-customer-site implementation projects, and R&D and QA activities. Galibov also designed an Open Source Web Intelligence (OSINT/WEBINT) platform based on a variety of technologies such as, Semantic Search, Text Mining, Ontologies, Machine Learning, Web Crawling, Web Data Extraction, Big Data, JEE and others.
