Ben Tiblets, Co-President of Enterhost (http://www.enterhost.com), has announced that the company now provides a full complement of services around Microsoft’s Office 365 product line. The company was accepted into Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program as a 1-Tier partner in early fall 2015, enabling Enterhost to sell and support the popular cloud-based Office subscriptions on a monthly basis.
“Enterhost has been supporting customers in their transition to cloud-based solutions, including Office 365 products, for years.” said Mr. Tiblets. “Now, through CSP, we can sell the Office 365 licenses on a monthly basis, which makes the cloud solution a budget-friendly operating expense.”
According to the company, Enterhost provides turnkey migration services to help customers move from traditional, on-premises or hosted solutions, to the cloud-based Office 365 services. Further, Enterhost customers submit support tickets to Enterhost for any issues. The Office 365 services are hosted by Microsoft but supported by Enterhost.
“The Cloud Solution Provider Program enables our partners to deliver flexible solutions that combine Microsoft technologies with their unique expertise and services,” said Aziz Benmalek, vice president, Worldwide Hosting and Cloud Services, Microsoft Corp. “Through participation in this program, these partners have demonstrated dedication to helping our mutual customers succeed.”
The CSP program allows Enterhost to provide their services as part of a single integrated package with Office 365.
“Our customers are taking advantage of the flexibility of Office 365, backed by the full-service support from Enterhost that they are accustomed to,” continued Mr. Tiblets. “One ticket system, one invoice, and a wide range of products to move their businesses forward.”
Mr. Tiblets reported that Enterhost has deployed a range of Office 365 engagements.
“While our customer set spans a variety of industries, they each have selected Office 365 because the productive, flexible, stable and secure environments are important to their companies’ future success,” said Mr. Tiblets. “Our customers are also happy that they always have the most up-to-date version of Outlook and Office applications, which removes the need for upgrades, migrations, and hardware purchases.”
