HydroWorx to Unveil New Product, Feature Experts at Annual Combined Sections Meeting of the APTA

From February 17-20, 2016, the APTA’s Annual Combined Sections Meeting in Anaheim will give nearly 10,000 physical therapists the opportunity to explore and examine the latest innovations in their field, including the new HydroWorx 300, a construction-free underwater treadmill therapy device that is changing the face of rehab and exercise. Additionally, HydroWorx is featuring a special after-hours event exclusive to those who pre-register.

Each year, the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) offers a Combined Sections Meeting. This year’s event will be held in Anaheim, CA at the Anaheim Convention Center. Almost 10,000 physical therapists across the country are expected to attend this annual convention where they can see new therapy products in action, learn more about their chosen field and network with their colleagues. As in years past, HydroWorx is proud to support the Annual Combined Sections Meeting by offering an interactive booth featuring its latest therapy solution, the innovative free-standing HydroWorx 300 Series underwater treadmill therapy device.

Throughout the APTA event from February 17-20, 2016, HydroWorx, located in Booth #1504, will be showcasing the streamlined HydroWorx 300 for the first time at the Annual Combined Sections Meeting. HydroWorx is also holding a special after-hours event on Friday, February 19, from 5:00-6:30 p.m. at their booth.

The event will be headlined by the presentation, “Building Blocks of a Successful Aquatic Practice,” by Julie Theill, OTR/L, MBAH, CLT, FAFS, rehab director at Hammond-Henry Hospital. Theill’s discussion will concentrate on implementing and sustaining a successful aquatic practice. Attendees will learn best practices for developing a successful aquatic program including funding opportunities, return on investment, staff training, marketing, patient case studies and more. The evening of drinks, hor d’oeuvres and education is exclusively available for those who pre-register to Meghan Doolittle at mdoolittle(at)hydroworx(dot)com or 717-902-1923. Due to the limited space available, this event is exclusively for certified professionals in the field of physical therapy. Without pre-registration, interested attendees cannot enter the exhibit hall after hours.
