Stillwater Dwellings, Inc. announces the release of its new Plans Gallery and Planning Guide. The Planning Guide was developed to give homebuyers the tools and inspiration needed to fulfill their dream of building a custom contemporary home. The 48-page Planning Guide highlights 23 contemporary floor plans from Stillwater architects, including four exterior elevations for each plan, room dimensions, suggested furniture placement and more. “We want to simplify the process of building a custom home and the Planning Guide is part of that mission,” said Matthew Stannard, Founder and CEO of Stillwater Dwellings. “Our goal is to take the mystery out of building a custom prefab home and make exceptional contemporary design available to more people.”

Plans include one and two story homes ranging in size from an ultra efficient 800 sq. ft. guest house to a 5,200 sq. ft. four bedroom three bath plan.
