Tecnocom also collaborated with Azteca in the implementation of its full stack BSS OSS solution to support its operations in Colombia.
Azteca utilizes NetBoss XT to standardize network operations and service quality initiatives throughout the Colombian company. Acting as the umbrella network and service management system, NetBoss XT interfaces to equipment supplied by numerous manufacturers and brings a comprehensive end-to-end view of network health and status to Azteca’s staff in their network operations center. NetBoss XT is also integrated with Azteca’s trouble ticketing system enabling operators to rapidly open and update tickets without logging into the trouble ticketing system. For insight on “How’s my business running?”, Azteca’s managers and executives now have easy mobile access to the NetBoss XT Executive Dashboard which is used to deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI) summaries and critical Service Impact information in real time.
The NetBoss XT system is already undergoing expansion at Azteca to cover newly added network infrastructure and to perform automated correlation.
