On February 15th, 2016, Motiv Apartments opened the doors of a smartly-furnished model home for tours. Visitors will be able to experience the efficient, open floor plan layout and modern design full of new ideas in urban living. One- and two-bedroom homes in a wide variety of configurations are now available for lease. Sales office hours are:
- Monday-Tuesday: Appointment Only
- Wednesday-Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Construction on the 42-unit apartment building started in 2015 and has been all but completed. First resident move-ins are scheduled for April 1st.
The Motive Apartment homes were designed to take full advantage of the walking and biking location right on transit. A car share (HourCar) will be hosted on site, as well as a tenant bicycle garage and workshop. While indoor parking stalls are available, the building’s focus is to encourage all forms of transportation.
“Motiv makes it easier to think beyond the car,” says Michael Lander of the Lander Group. “With more transportation options comes a higher appreciation of the area.”
The approach both capitalizes on the amenities of the Uptown neighborhood and serves to reduce energy use. But it’s energy of a different sort that Motiv residents will most appreciate. Designed by an award-winning development team, Motiv spotlights great floor plan flexibility and thoughtful touches which help each apartment fit the individual. Homes bring in lots of natural light and great views from oversized windows. Ground floor walk-in homes and upper floor decks make the outdoors a featured amenity.
