Service Marketing features
Autologica DMS can generate an automatic call schedule based on the vehicles’ lifecycle. The system calculates the estimated date in which the customer should perform a maintenance service, taking into account past service dates and mileage. The DMS schedules each call, and can reschedule for another moment if needed.
Improved Repair Order management
A series of improvements in the Service Module allow dealers to save time on daily operational tasks while reducing the margin for error. There is a new control that avoids duplicate ROs and a field that allows you to enter a reason when closing several ROs at once.
There are several powerful new reports: Technician performance – Productivity and Efficiency, Aftersales calls summary, Commissions on collected sales.
