SmartFile Named to Indiana’s Best Places to Work 2016
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) February 17, 2016 -- SmartFile, a tech company located in the historic Stutz building in downtown Indianapolis, has been named one of Indiana’s 2016 Best Places to Work. This is the file management company’s first year being selected by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
With their secure file management platform (FMP) available to enterprises worldwide, SmartFile provides not only a feature-rich offering, but a fun and creative environment for team members to work. Maintaining team culture as the business expands has been important to SmartFile.
“I cannot express how happy it makes me to know that we've created an award-winning environment,” said CEO John Hurley. “This is not the work of one, but the work of many people that believe you can’t build great products without great teams.”
On top of standard benefits, SmartFile offers a unique workplace environment with flexible hours, unlimited vacation and a casual dress code. A weekly game of P-I-G, known to SmartFile players as F-T-P, gives team members a chance to show off their creative shots and dunks at the in-office mini-basketball hoop. You can learn more about SmartFile’s unique culture here.
SmartFile plans on adding 20 new team members this year and continues to release innovative features for their on-premises software. In the past year, SmartFile has added automation, advanced password policy controls and a visualization and trending tool for network file and user activity called SmartStats.
SmartFile will be in attendance at the Best Places to Work in Indiana awards dinner on May 5 at the Indiana Convention Center, where they will find out their final ranking.
