Harrigan Development Partner, LLC is building a 670- acre master-planned community five miles west of Tomball. The development, Rosehill Reserve, will have homes for purchase in May.

Rosehill Reserve will include approximately 1,500 single-family residential homes from the $250s to $800s. Builders include Ashton Woods, Drees HomesTM, Highland Homes, M/I Homes®, and CalAtlantic HomesTM.

A portion of the property, previously DeShazer Arabians horse farm, includes a 17,000 square-foot facility with spiraling staircases and a grand ballroom. This one-of-a-kind space will serve as the community clubhouse, The Reserve.

Rosehill Reserve is centered around community well-being. The property will feature lakes, a resort-style pool, nature trails, pocket parks and other amenities that encourage residents to enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

“We wanted to build a community where people could embrace the peace and quiet of country living with ideal location for a work/life balance,” says Brian McGown, Developer at Harrigan Development Partner, LLC. “It’s a draw for professionals who want a luxury community where they can also catch their breath.”

Surrounded by a small-town atmosphere of organic farms, family-owned restaurants and small businesses, Rosehill Reserve encourages residents to shop locally and sustain a vibrant local economy.

Rosehill Reserve's location along F.M. 2920 between Mueschke Road and Cypress Rosehill Road, and its proximity to the newly constructed Grand Parkway, will provide easy access to jobs and opportunities throughout the region.

Community events will kick-off in May, with a Grand Opening invitation to the public.
