The property is equidistant between Highways 290 and 249 with an entrance off of F.M. 2920. Heading east from the property on the Grand Parkway, residents can access Highway 249 and Interstate 45, putting ExxonMobil’s new campus, as well as downtown Houston, within a short drive. Going west, residents can access Highways 290 and 59 South, as well as Interstate 10.
