National Health Care Associates Centers Receive ‘Customer Experience Awards’
Wethersfield, CT (PRWEB) February 17, 2016 -- National Health Care Associates released a list of their centers who were recognized by the independent auditor of customer service for the 40-center nursing home group. Seventeen of their centers rated “Best in Class” out of more than 1,100 skilled nursing centers in the United States, in one or more customer service areas. Those centers received the prestigious Customer Experience Awards form Pinnacle Quality Insight.
“The Customer Experience Award is awarded to care providers who have achieved best-in-class customer satisfaction standards within their peer group. Pinnacle congratulates the staff of National Health Care Centers for achieving this honor,” stated Chris Magleby, CEO of Pinnacle Quality Insight in a press release.
According to their website, “A senior healthcare advocate for over 15 years, Pinnacle Quality Insight has established the Customer Experience Award in order to ensure that every resident/patient receives exceptional assistance from his or her provider. Focusing on long-term and post-acute care, Pinnacle conducts thousands of monthly surveys in order to establish a comprehensive review of its clients that will determine the quality of their products and services. To date, residents/patients have been surveyed regarding their experience with over 1,100 organizations in almost every state in the country. In order to qualify for Pinnacle's industry standard awards, clients must achieve a cumulative Best in Class customer satisfaction rating across a calendar year.”
President of National Health Care Associates Centers Marvin Ostreicher spoke of his pride for each and every center awarded.
“We are very proud of these centers for receiving this recognition from our patients, residents and their families. Our No. 1 priority each day is the wellness and satisfaction of our patients and residents,” he said. “The four pillars of our mission statement are simply, kindness, compassion, service and excellence. These centers clearly exemplify our mission.”
