Dean holds a Master’s of Science in Land Development and a second Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, both from Texas A & M and will oversee operations in Texas and the Eastern United States. Hayden, a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Organization Management and a minor in Political Science, will serve clients in 14 states, with specific attention to markets along the Colorado Front Range, as well as those in Southern California, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.

Both Lawrence Dean and Tom Hayden possess decades of experience assisting builders, developers and investors with strategic planning, market and financial feasibility studies, economic and demographic forecasting, product positioning and planning, consumer analysis, absorption modeling and overall market evaluation and opportunity analysis.
