Philip Lew, CEO of software testing and quality assurance consulting company XBOSoft, will present a session on how to avoid critical UX mistakes and keep users coming back at the O’Reilly Fluent Conference in San Francisco on March 9, 2016.
Lew’s session at 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. will go in-depth on the key principles of UX (user experience) design and how to prevent product abandonment by avoiding critical UX mistakes. Attendees will learn how to evaluate and ensure continuous improvement in UX on both mobile and web platforms. Lew will also help attendees understand the difference between usability and user experience to ensure that attendees gain a deeper understanding of what it means to put their users’ interests first.
