AIM Dental Marketing to Host Nineteenth Annual Event in Support of Oral Health Education and Treatment
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 18, 2016 -- Threepeat
"For the first time in its history, DCFAC will be climbing the same mountain for the third time. The consensus was that, because of the great feedback we got in 2003 and 2004, and because of its proximity to one of the best hotels around, we would, for DCFAC 2016, go once more for the summit of Mt. Charleston (official name Charleston Peak)." reports Daniel A. 'Danny' Bobrow, DCFAC's executive director and president of AIM Dental Marketing, the Chicago based strategic marketing agency focusing on the dental profession.
At just under 12,000 feet above sea level, Mt. Charleston is the highest mountain in both the Spring Mountains and Clark Country, and eighth highest in Nevada. Owing to its height, and notwithstanding its location near the Nevada Desert, the mountain is snow capped more than half the year.
Sights aimed ever higher
In 2015 DCFAC smashed all previous attendance records by fielding 65 climbers on a successful one day ascent and descent of the Grand Canyon's South Rim.
"Our goal for 2016 is to top last year's record attendance. Based on feedback so far, that should be easy" Bobrow said.
As usual, the Event kicks off with an Old Timers, New Climbers Social, which will take place this year on Friday, September 23rd at 7:00 p.m. at the acclaimed Red Rock Hotel, DCFAC 's Host Venue. The Main Event takes place on the following Saturday, with the Awards Banquet scheduled for Sunday, September 25th.
"Well under an hour from the trailhead, the hotel is ideally positioned to serve as our 'Base Camp'." concludes Bobrow.
The Resort is a short 2 miles from Red Rock Canyon, where side trips will be planned to take advantage of the world class rock climbing offered there. "Red Rock Hotel boasts stylish, modern rooms with 42-inch flat-screen TVs, WiFi, sitting areas, marble bathrooms with soaking tubs and stocked minibars. Suites and villas add dining tables, wet bars, and private patios and pools. Amenities include a casino with a bingo hall, 3-acre pool area with cabanas and swim-up gaming, a bowling alley and even a 16-screen movie theatre. There's also a luxe spa, fitness center, shuttle service to the airport and Strip and several restaurants and bars." boasts a Hotel representative.
