The local event, sponsored by Pillsbury Law, Verizon Ventures, and the Harvard Business School’s Rock Center for Entrepreneurship, is one of 14 regional competitions held around the globe. The winner of each region will go to Boston in April to compete for $50,000 first place prize money.
