Techenomics believes that the cooperation agreement with NIS will result in clients gaining improved performance from their oil, leading to reduced costs and greater productivity.

“Nanotech Industrial Solutions, Inc.” (NIS), the US based innovative nano-lubricant company, has signed a distribution agreement, making “Techenomics International” an exclusive distribution channel for its NanoLub® IF-WS2 Nano-Formulated products in Oceania and as authorized distributor in other countries where they operate.
NIS’s IF-WS2 Nano Formulated NanoLub® product family has received the prestigious Nano 50TM Award by Nanotech Briefs (publishers of NASA Tech Briefs) and it is the first successful commercial implementation of inorganic, multi-layered fullerene-like nanoparticles in Extreme Pressure (EP) lubricants, based on patented and award-winning technology developed at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
NanoLub® operates a dual-effect mechanism: multi-layer tungsten disulfide nanospheres lower friction and heating, thereby reducing mechanical wear. Extreme pressure conditions causes nanospheres to create a tribofilm layer that attaches to surface crevices and smooths them, thereby extending mechanical efficiency and equipment life.
“Techenomics has the expertise and reach to deliver NIS’s IF-WS2 Nano Formulated lubricants to a wide range of customers in Oceania and beyond.”, said Todd Cawley, NIS’ VP Global Sales & Marketing.
Itsik Havakuk, NanoMaterials Ltd. (NIS Corporation) VP Sales & Marketing, who lead the negotiations added: “Techenomics customers, among them Transport operators, Mining contractors, OEM’s and Vehicle manufacturers, Mining Equipment, Fuel and Services companies as well as Manufacturing facilities, can now benefit from the enhanced machinery performance and reduced operation cost, made possible by our products.”
Techenomics’ CEO Chris Adsett says innovation is a key factor in the company’s ongoing development: “As well as adopting the latest technology for our Total Fluid Management Solutions, we are always looking to complementary technology, such as the nano additives developed by Nanotech Industrial Solutions (NIS). Techenomics believes that the cooperation agreement with NIS will result in clients gaining improved performance from their oil, leading to reduced costs and greater productivity.”
