DATIA’s Annual Conference has become THE industry event of the year
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 23, 2016
The Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), the premier association for this industry, announced its final agenda for the 2016 Annual Conference and Exposition—"Double Down for Success"— April 26-28, 2016 at the majestic Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.
“DATIA’s Annual Conference is always a great educational opportunity for all attendees,” said Sherri Vogler, DATIA’s incoming Chairman. “I always leave our annual conference with a wealth of ideas and information to use in advancing the growth in my own business, as well as the entire drug and alcohol testing industry.”
DATIA 2016 is the only event where hundreds of industry professionals can compare products/services first-hand from more than 70 on-site exhibitors and grow professionally through 30 educational sessions with elite industry speakers.
During the popular “Federal Update Panel” and modal breakout sessions, attendees will hear from federal regulators who will provide information on recent regulatory changes including the FMCSA random drug testing rates and answer questions from participants.
The session, “The Greening of America: How Marijuana is Changing the Legal Landscape,” will cover the status of recreational, drugged driving and medical marijuana laws and how marijuana is impacting the criminal justice system.
Synthetic drugs, compliance issues, and the prescription drug epidemic will also be key topics of discussion during sessions throughout the conference.
“DATIA’s Annual Conference has become THE industry event of the year,” said Laura Shelton, DATIA’s Executive Director. “The education and networking that occurs during this event is infectious. DATIA is all about helping our members succeed, so this culmination of professionals coming together to learn from each other is amazing.”
