LTS Scale to Introduce New Products at TMC’s Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition
Twinsburg, Ohio (PRWEB) February 25, 2016 -- LTS Scale will introduce the HighVis, a single viewing port, dual load cell lift truck scale, and a new suite of indicator products including the X-1, a versatile on-board indicator, at the Technology and Maintenance Council’s Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition to be held February 29 through March 3, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee.
LTS Scale has renewed its focus on research and development, developing new, high-value products to meet the demand for technologically versatile lift truck weighing systems. At the same time, LTS has recommitted itself to customer service and support. Over the past six months the company has developed a number of new products, made improvements to its existing product offerings, and improved its technical support system.
Machine-to-machine technology is expected to shape the future of logistics by increasing speed, decreasing waste and reducing overall costs while improving safety. LTS Scale is introducing technology-based solutions to help its customers in the shipping and logistics industry prepare for that future. The LTS X-1 Indicator is a general purpose industrial computer that can support a variety of functions, including capturing data from scales, dimensioning equipment, cameras and other devices.
LTS Scale is also enhancing its products to add value to their customers’ operations. The new HighVis Scale’s single viewing port improves operator sight lines, significantly reducing the potential for freight damage. The HighVis Scale’s dual tension load cells deliver 0.1% digital accuracy.
“With the introduction of our newest weighing system scale and indicator, LTS is setting a new company standard for innovation, quality and reliability, while being responsive to the needs of our customers,” said John Mueller, LTS Scale’s CEO. “We will continue to strengthen our position over the next year with additional enhancements to our customers’ experience.”
LTS Scale features a wide variety of high quality industrial scales and weighing systems, specifically designed for applications in the mobile weighing environment. Indicative of the company’s innovation, design and manufacturing capabilities, and quality control and performance standards, LTS Scale was the first company to receive Legal for Trade status or NTEP (National Type Evaluation Program) certification for the company’s on-board weighing systems.
LTS Scale was founded in 1994 in Twinsburg, Ohio, where it is still headquartered. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of precision mobile scales and weighing systems.
