According to its website, the American Conference Institute’s National Forum on ERISA Litigation is designed to provide expert strategies for in-house and outside counsel on litigating current key issues involving benefit plans, plan investments, and fiduciaries.

Based in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office, Wozniak is a trial lawyer who defends employers, plan sponsors, fiduciaries, third party administrators, and service providers in ERISA, executive compensation, and employee benefits litigation and regulatory investigations. During his career, Todd has successfully defended more than a dozen class actions and tried more than 40 cases or arbitrations to verdict.
