Timbergrove, an advanced IBM business partner specializing in Maximo Enterprise Asset Manager, and Dallas-based LinkAmerica, today announce a newly formed business alliance to offer comprehensive support services for the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Manager platform. Known as Maximo Day 2 Support, the new offering provides technical assistance and customer service to business users of the platform and the IT departments that manage it.
