Rigaku Corporation has launched two electronic newsletters focusing on different areas of X-ray analytical technologies and applications. Each month, Rigaku distributes The Bridge, which focuses on materials analysis, and Crystallography Times, which concentrates on life sciences.
In both eNewsletters, recently published scientific papers are presented, along with information about cutting-edge analytical instrumentation, upcoming events, book reviews and profiles of accomplished laboratories. User forums and surveys are also provided, to encourage participation among subscribers.
The Bridge is Rigaku’s materials analysis newsletter, designed to keep the scientific community abreast of the latest developments in X-ray based materials science. Relevant articles and methods utilizing X-ray diffraction (XRD), wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF), energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) and Raman spectrometry are featured.
The newly formed Rigaku Oxford Diffraction division presents the Crystallography Times. The newsletter addresses topics related to protein crystallography, including the latest breakthroughs from top research institutions around the world.
Catherine Klein, President of the Life Sciences Division at Rigaku Americas Corporation notes, “The e-newsletters are quick, thorough and content-rich resources. They exemplify our ongoing endeavor to share valuable research, techniques and technological developments with our colleagues and partners globally.”
