We thought we’d have plenty of room in our new building for the next ten years, but the incredible growth we’ve experienced has caused us to outgrow this space in just four years.

PepWear has seen tremendous growth since 2010, when it was named a Top 20 Volume Decorator by Impressions Magazine, a trade journal ranking of leaders in the decorated apparel industry, with just over 500,000 imprints. Even more impressive, the 2010 figure included screenprinting, embroidery and plaque imprints. The one million imprints reached in 2015 were in screenprinting alone!

In 2011, the company moved from a 20,000 sq. ft. space in Midlothian, TX into a newly constructed 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Cedar Hill, TX. According to Craig Johnson, PepWear’s CEO, “We thought we’d have plenty of room in our new building for the next ten years, but the incredible growth we’ve experienced has caused us to outgrow this space in just four years.” In 2015, the Company broke ground on a 20,000 sq. ft. expansion that was just completed. “This expansion will allow us to more efficiently serve our existing customers while doubling our production capabilities, positioning us to bring on more high profile national accounts” added Johnson.

PepWear’s growth has come from two areas: Continued success in its custom order segment, driven by its very successful $50/$50 Referral Program and Ambassador Program, and in its event merchandising business. In the last two years PepWear has taken over the event merchandising programs for marquee names like USA Football, United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA), All American Games and USBands. Johnson went on to say, ”We are a service organization, and everyone on our team is committed to providing the best possible customer experience. When you actually deliver on that commitment, people are happy to refer you to their friends. Also, our proprietary systems and merchandising expertise allow event organizers to outsource a very complex and labor intensive activity to us, turning a major management headache into a brand-enhancing, hands-off profit center.”
