OTRS Group Announces English-Language IT Support Software Training Course in Germany for European Customers

Users of the free to download IT support and service management software can learn how to:

OTRS has traditionally offered regular IT support software training courses in German at their training center in Straubing. Now, OTRS Group invites customers from all over Europe to participate in their English-language training sessions at the Straubing center, close to Munich and in Central Europe. Since 2014, OTRS has successfully launched new training courses in the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
