This integration, along with the already existing ones with Twilio and Bria, offers a comprehensive telephony suite to track customer communications.
SUNNYVALE, CA (PRWEB) February 29, 2016
Adding to Agile CRM’s extensive communications suite, which include social, telephony, mobile and email communications, the new Skype integration enables both calling and call tracking. Users can make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, and take call notes. Skype calls are tracked and added to contact timelines, and users can access all Agile CRM functions while on Skype calls within the app, including sales and marketing automation campaigns, detailed contact histories, and reports and analytics. To set up the integration, users need an Agile CRM account and a Skype account.
“Voice calls are an integral part of sales and marketing processes. Our new Skype integration helps our users to drive more conversions and increase customer retention,” says Agile CRM Founder and CEO, Manohar Chapalamadugu. “This integration, along with the already existing ones with Twilio and Bria, offers a comprehensive telephony suite to track customer communications.”
