Reid's Gift Will Host Its First Annual "Sparkler" Gallery Opening and Fundraiser on April 2, 2016 at Blackboard Gallery Studio Channel Islands in Old Town Camarillo, CA
Camarillo, CA (PRWEB) March 01, 2016 -- Reid's Gift, Inc. wil host its 1st Annual "Sparkler" Gallery Opening and Fundraiser on April 2nd, 2016, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Blackboard Gallery in Studio Channel Islands, 2222 Ventura Blvd, in Old Town Camarillo, CA. This event is aimed at raising funds to support Kindling Studios, a working art studio for entrepreneurs with special needs. Artist engage in expert-lead art and entrepreneurial classes to work to create and sell their own pieces in person and online. The studio is run by local Art Therapist Kristina Ebsen, MA. Tina and her team of staff and volunteers work to provide program participants with the ultimate goals of improved skills and increased self-sufficiency.
The "Sparkler" Gallery Opening and fundraiser will include delicious appetizers, wine and beer, live music, art demonstrations, and a silent auction. Art from Kindling Studio artists will also be on display and for sale. All funds raised will directly support teens and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
