Carrier is using ContactOne and ProcessOne to increase insured retention and enable the highest level of customer service to their insureds, agents and brokers.

One, Inc., a provider of software products to the P&C industry, and Western General Insurance Company, a U.S. Property/Casualty (P&C) Insurer, today announced that Western General Insurance Company has gone into production on One, Inc.’s ContactOne™ and ProcessOne® solutions.

  • Increase customer retention and satisfaction through the convenience of automated contact upon cancellation, non-renewal or other policy events via outbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR) with the ability to take a payment in call;
  • Streamline payment processing via aggregated daily cash reconciliation, resulting in a higher level of employee efficiency and lower expenses;
  • Virtually eliminate data security concerns and reduce the complexity and cost of PCI compliance.
