Unmetric, a social media intelligence platform focused on brands, today announced they will be working with Oracle Social Cloud, Oracle’s platform that helps enterprises manage and scale their customer relationships on social media channels. Oracle will add Unmetric’s competitive analytics capabilities to its existing Oracle Social Relationship Management (SRM) solution, which include tools for social listening, publishing, engagement, analytics and workflow management.

Comprehensive metrics and one-click reports reduce time spent compiling data and enables brands to analyze competitors’ strategy and use that intelligence to improve their own performance. The new Unmetric data will complement Oracle SRM’s already extensive analytics capabilities.
