Passive Houses, the ultimate in comfortable living, are thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to rigorous standards, using advanced materials that have been scrupulously selected from sophisticated suppliers across the world. Last year, green building accounted for 20 percent of new residential construction in the U.S., and that number is only expected to rise. Yet, the number of actual Passive Homes in this country is still in the low double digits.
