Having two clients in SPI’s 2016 Professional Services Maturity Benchmark is a fantastic result for both Kimble and of course those clients.
(PRWEB) March 04, 2016
Kimble Applications, a leading cloud professional services automation vendor, is pleased to announce that two of its clients have been recognized as top performers in the global Service Performance Insight (SPI) 2016 Professional Services Maturity Benchmark. SPI is a global research, consulting and training organization which is the industry-leading specialist in improving productivity and profit in professional services organizations.
UK-based transformation consultancy Moorhouse and Australian-based major project and transformation consultancy firm Helmsman International have performed in the top five per cent of the 549 firms which participated in the study. The Professional Services Maturity Benchmark measures and analyzes the performance of professional services organizations around the world, allowing firms to understand their maturity and performance relative to their peers. It marks them against five criteria: leadership, client relationships, human capital alignment, service execution and finance and operations.
Richard Goold, Partner at Moorhouse, comments: “We are extremely pleased that our performance has been ranked so highly compared with consultancies around the world. We have ambitious growth plans for the business and Kimble has played an important role in helping to fuel that growth by ensuring that we not only have the information we need in real time, but that we can accurately forecast and resource future demand.”
Julian Mitton, Partner and CFO at Helmsman International, says: “It’s rewarding to be acknowledged by professional services measurement experts as being amongst the best-of-the-best consultancies in the world. We are on track to deliver our four-year growth plans and Kimble has been an important contributor to this. The management reporting and forecasting capability we now have is providing far better decision making for our distributed management. Not only does it bring all the different parts of the business together but it has instilled a culture of best practice in the organization.”
Sean Hoban, CEO of Kimble Applications, comments: “Having two clients in SPI’s 2016 Professional Services Maturity Benchmark is a fantastic result for both Kimble and of course those clients. Moorhouse and Helmsman International are fast-growing consultancies who should feel very proud of their achievements and we’re pleased that Kimble can facilitate their expansion.
“As the founders of Kimble have all started, grown and sold consulting firms previously, we understand what’s needed for a professional services firm to scale quickly and sustainably.”
