SecureDocs, an industry-leading virtual data room provider for secure document sharing and storage, announced today the release of their new "View As" feature, as well as a new "Enhanced User Management" feature series designed to optimize the user's ability to track investor/buyer interest during fundraising and mergers & acquisitions as well as manage security settings more easily.

The "View As" feature works by allowing room administrators to preview roles, giving them the ability to see exactly what their user is going to see on log in. This maximizes engagement by ensuring all roles are seeing the correct documentation at all times, and increases security by allowing room administrators to confirm that they are not inadvertently providing too much information that could compromise their company.

The new "Enhanced User Management" feature series allows SecureDocs to display more granular data about the room's users and roles by splitting each item into independent pages. This gives administrators the ability to view more information at one time, sort and move columns to help organize and analyze data, and export all user and role data with an excel snapshot. A much improved experience for clients managing a large volume of users or a complex set of roles.

SecureDocs' new features lend aid during fundraising and M&A by providing a comprehensive user management experience for administrators. The system now automatically sends a series of up to three invitations to new users to encourage participation. It also allows admins to track investor/user engagement by sorting them according to invitation status or through the flexibility of search, using either role or email address. Then to simplify things further an hourly and daily activity audit log can be set to automatically send to the company's internal team to ensure that they have the tools necessary to act according to investor/user activity, not ever missing an opportunity.
