Engel & Völkers South Charlotte Adds Two Key Management Roles in Response to Rapid Growth
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) March 03, 2016 -- Engel & Völkers South Charlotte today announced that Dennis Donahue and Sue Fessler have joined its shop to advance the brand throughout the Carolinas. Engel & Völkers is an international real estate brand dedicated to serving the specialized, residential property needs within the area.
Donahue is the former owner of Center City Realty in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. His role will be to recruit advisors and provide career support and guidance for existing advisors through mentoring and training. Donahue is a Charlotte native with 40 years of real estate experience. His passion is training agents, both new and seasoned, to be two things: professional and successful. Those he has worked with have gone on to open their own prominent offices and form profitable residential construction firms. “Engel & Völkers has already provided an atmosphere for its advisors to excel,” says Donahue. “Through 24/7 availability and a hands-on approach, I look forward to helping to further enhance its reputation.”
Fessler, former owner of the prestigious Morris and Raper Real Estate Consultants in Atlanta, Georgia, has relocated to Charlotte and joined Engel & Völkers South Charlotte as the Director of Business Development. She has a proven track record of achievement in sales, marketing, operations, financial management, client relations, staff training and supervision, project management and financial analysis. In the past 16 years, Fessler has produced over $425 million in sales volume by developing relationships within the private capital sector, creating developer and builder exit strategies and generating interest in new construction from single family to multifamily and large mixed-use projects.
“Our team of employees is what makes my business work. I am honored to have Dennis and Sue as part of the company and look forward to working with and learning from them as we grow our office,” stated Yuriy Vaynshteyn, Owner and CEO of Engel & Völkers South Charlotte.
These staff members join the respected company with an outstanding professional history, including previously owning their own real estate firms and positions at other real estate brands.
