Company receives “Superior Company” designation for providing outstanding service to residents

ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management, today announced that it was recognized for the second year in a row for having a Superior Company Score in SatisFacts’ 2015 National Resident Satisfaction Awards.

ROSS Management Services won the award based on scores residents gave them on their satisfaction surveys during 2015. The company received an average score between 4 and 4.49 during the year, placing the firm in the Superior Company Score category. Furthermore, 17 ROSS managed communities received individual 2015 SatisFacts Property Awards, meaning they received an average score of at least 4 on their resident satisfaction surveys in 2015.

“Resident satisfaction is at the absolute top of our priorities at the communities we manage,” said David J. ROSS Management Services delivers customer satisfaction surveys to its residents at least three times during their lease term – at move-in, after every work order and prior to renewal – to determine their satisfaction with the level of service they have received.

“Creating and maintaining good relationships with our residents requires constant communication with them,” Miskovich said. “We want to make sure we’ve given our residents ample and frequent opportunity to tell us how we’re doing, so that we can make sure we’re meeting all their needs. Developing that kind of open relationship is so critical to our good service and high renewal rates.”

ROSS Management Services also encourages its on-site staffs to provide outstanding experiences for residents through its annual Customer Service Circle of Excellence Awards, which honor leasing associates and apartment communities that provide great customer service. The awards are benchmarked using the communities’ SatisFacts scores.

  • Metro 710 Apartments in Bethesda, Md.
  • Overlook Apartments in Hyattsville, Md.
  • Park Vue in Alexandria, Va.
  • Seven Springs Apartments in College Park, Md.
  • Spring Parc in Silver Spring, Md.
  • Woods of Marlton I in Upper Marlboro, Md.
  • Woods of Marlton II in in Upper Marlboro, Md.
