Washburn brings more than 15 years experience in leadership, project management and implementations. Washburn comes to Encoretech from NetDocuments where he spent the last 5 years managing teams, processes and matching business requirements with NetDocuments solutions for law firms. During his tenure at NetDocuments, he completed over 100 implementations and lead client training and the partner certification.
