OnWire, an 8(a) and Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), announces that it has joined the ranks of the Cybersecurity 500 list for Q1 2016. The Cybersecurity 500 recognizes the most innovative cybersecurity companies in the world based on feedback from CISOs, IT security practitioners and service providers, company growth, product reviews, and problems solved.

Cybersecurity Ventures, the company that publishes the quarterly Cybersecurity 500 list, also released a Cybersecurity Market Report that consolidates estimates by IT research firms and analysts. The latest report finds that the cybersecurity industry is expected to grow from $75 billion in 2015 to more than $170 billion in 2020.

OnCloud®, a comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform solution, demonstrates OnWire’s commitment to helping customers address the evolving threat landscape. OnCloud utilizes IBM’s market-leading technology (IBM Security was prominently featured on the list at the No. 5 position) to provide a full and adaptable set of IAM capabilities, including Identity Governance, Strong Authentication, Access Control, Single Sign-On, and Federation. OnCloud, the first IAM Platform approved as FedRAMP Ready, is infrastructure agnostic and can be deployed on the customer’s infrastructure of choice.

"We are honored that Cybersecurity Ventures has recognized OnWire as one of the top cybersecurity companies in the world. The Cybersecurity 500 ranking validates our strategy of delivering comprehensive security products and services – we were the first to market with a FedRAMP Ready, Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform that meets the rigorous security requirements of the US government,” says Chonly Wang, OnWire President/CEO. “We will continue to lead the market as a strategic IBM Business Partner providing solutions for mission critical government systems and commercial clients in North America.”
