Music & Arts Brings New Locations to Houston Metro
HOUSTON, TX (PRWEB) March 07, 2016 -- Music & Arts announced two new locations in the Houston metro market bringing their presence to 144 stores nationwide with 21 of its locations in Texas. The company expanded in the Houston area through acquiring two local music stores: Band Central Station and Conroe Music Center.
“Music programs are a huge part of the culture here in Houston so it’s a no-brainer for us to continue to grow our presence in the area,” said Vince Chiappone, regional sales director, Music & Arts. “We are excited to partner with two great music stores in the area and continue their histories of fostering music education.”
The former Band Central Station location opened under the Music & Arts name on Feb. 25 while the former Conroe Music Center location opened on Feb. 29. Both locations will continue offering instrument rentals, repairs, and a wide assortment of instruments and accessories for purchase.
“This is a great new chapter for the Band Central Station family. We’ll still be a part of helping musicians in the area with all their musical needs, but now we will be tied to greater resources with Music & Arts,” said Shari Bosch, owner, Band Central Station. “It’s a really good thing for the music community here.”
Music & Arts will add private music lesson studios inside the Alvin, TX location while the Conroe, TX location will continue offering its music lesson program; however, both locations will join the largest music lesson network in the country as part of The Lesson Studio at Music & Arts.
“Joining ‘The Lesson Studios at Music & Arts’ is just one example of how we will be able to continue enriching lives through music, but in a bigger way,” said Bob Kindy, owner, Conroe Music Center. “We are excited to join Music & Arts and keep supporting music programs in the area.”
