Trident University International Leadership Team Attends Annual Military Education Conference

On February 15-18, key members of Trident University International’s executive and management team attended the annual Council of College and Military Educators (CCME) conference in San Antonio, TX. This year’s conference, with over 1,000 attendees, held sessions on technology and innovative solutions for enhancing both active duty military and veterans’ success in their education and post-military careers.

On February 15-18, key members of Trident University International’s (Trident) executive and management team attended the annual Council of College and Military Educators (CCME) conference in San Antonio, TX.

In attendance were Travis Allen, President & CEO, Eric Rajasalu, Sr. Vice President of Admissions, Marketing, and Outreach, Esmeralda Silva, Vice President of Outreach and Strategic Alliances, CSM (R) Philip F. Johndrow, Senior Director of Military and Veteran Alliances, and Regional Manager of Strategic Military & Community Relations, Deena Mullins.

This year’s edition of the CCME conference, “A Military Member's and Veteran's Pathway to Education and Career Success,” saw over 1,000 attendees take part in sessions on technology and innovative solutions for enhancing both active duty military and veterans’ success in their education and post-military careers.

Esmeralda Silva appeared as a panelist on Wednesday, February 17th for the Roundtable Discussion entitled “The Potential Impact the Reduction of F2F Counseling Has on Service Members.”

Silva currently serves as President of the California Advisory on Military Education (CA-ACME), while Deena Mullins, who has held a leadership role with the Council on Military Education in the South (COMETS) for the past year, has now assumed the role of President for the organization. Both women led meetings for their respective organizations during the week of the CCME conference.
