ACIS Computers Named a Finalist in the BBB Torch Award for Ethics Awards Ceremony
SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI (PRWEB) March 06, 2016 -- ACIS Computers was honored to be named a competition finalist in the prestigious 2016 Better Business Bureau (BBB) Torch Award for Ethics in the small-sized business category. The banquet was held on March 3 at the Ramada Oasis Inn and Convention Center. Established as a small startup in 1999, ACIS Computers grew into a large-scale, highly capable Information Technology (IT) services company. The BBB Torch Award for Ethics recognizes for-profit businesses demonstrating trustworthiness through exceptional performance and integrity in operations.
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics is open to all for-profit businesses in southwest Missouri that provide goods or services to retail and/or wholesale markets. To be eligible for nomination, businesses must be BBB accredited and have received an A+ BBB rating for the three years prior to an award year. BBB judges evaluate nominees on four criteria: excellence in customer care, marketplace excellence, advancing marketplace trust and consumer leadership. Businesses can enter in either small (1-5 employees), medium (6-20 employees) or large (21+ employees) business categories. Only three local businesses achieve a finalist status in each size category. As a finalist, ACIS will receive the Principles of Trust Award certificate.
