LoanCare Welcomes David Schaede as New Sales Executive
Virginia Beach, Virginia (PRWEB) March 07, 2016 -- LoanCare, a ServiceLink company, a leading national provider of full service subservicing and interim subservicing to the mortgage industry, today announced that David Schaede has joined the LoanCare sales team as National Sales Executive.
In his previous role, Schaede was the business development lead for PHH’s subservicing offering. As the director of business development, he was responsible for sourcing new partnership opportunities.
Prior to PHH, Schaede was with GMAC/ResCap and worked for ABN AMRO Mortgage Group (eventually becoming CitiMortgage) in their Financial Institutions channel as the regional business development leader for the western United States. Schaede was also the vice president of business development and client relations for Select Portfolio Servicing (Credit Suisse First Boston) where he managed relationships with investment banks and credit rating agencies.
Before joining Select Portfolio Servicing, Schaede worked in several business units at GE Capital Mortgage Corp. throughout an 11-year time period. These areas included GE’s e-Business Solutions, Compliance Underwriting-Outsourcing Services and Mortgage Insurance. Clients included Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and numerous national and regional financial institutions.
Schaede began his career with the Resolution Trust Corporation and participated in the marketing and securitization of performing/non-performing mortgage notes and real estate assets. He graduated in 1989 from the University of Iowa with a degree in economics and attended General Electric’s John F. Welch Leadership Development Center in Crotonville, NY, where he was certified in Six Sigma methodology.
