Location Based Marketing Association Hosts Annual Retailer Event
Austin, TX (PRWEB) March 07, 2016 -- The Location Based Marketing Association (LBMA), an international group dedicated to fostering research, education and collaborative innovation at the intersection of people, places and media, is hosting its third annual, one-day event, RetailLoco, on Sunday, March 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Taking place at Capital Factory, the conference will deliver insights and trends on the latest in mobile and location-based tools and techniques for retailers.
Through RetailLoco, LBMA aims to bring together retailers and service providers of all sizes to help those engaging location-based services be as successful as possible. The event will feature panels on indoor location, proximity-based payments, in-store digital signage, push notifications, metrics/analytics, augmented and virtual reality and much more.
With more than a dozen panels and keynotes, the conference will give attendees the opportunity to hear from industry luminaries including Brendan Wright from Walmart Labs, Julie Augustyn, director of real estate at Office Depot, and Arlie Sisson, VP, Emerging Products at Condé Nast.
