MidAtlantic Farm Credit Names 2016 Scholarship Recipients
Westminster, MD (PRWEB) March 22, 2016 -- MidAtlantic Farm Credit has selected the twelve students who will receive a combined total of $18,000 in college scholarships. The recipients reside within the five states MidAtlantic Farm Credit serves.
This year’s scholarship recipients are: Jared Arkfeld of Clearbrook, Virginia (son of Eric and Susan Arkfeld); Brittany Balmer of Manheim, Pennsylvania (daughter of Dale and Sharon Balmer); David Bassler of New Windsor, Maryland (son of Ralph and Stacey Bassler); Jacqueline Bauer of Dayton, Maryland (daughter of Ricky and Leslie Bauer); Bethany Gochenour of Lebanon Church, Virginia (daughter of Jeff and Kim Gochenour); Stephanie Harding of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania (daughter of Steven and Krista Harding); Courtney McClyment of Queenstown, Maryland (daughter of Scott and Dawn McClyment); Michaela Raines of Gore, Virginia (daughter of Ronald and Vickie Raines); Jonathon Simpson of Lebanon, Pennsylvania (son of Bill and Karen Simpson); Nathaniel Vincent of Laurel, Delaware (son of Raymond and Teresa Vincent); Kerri Virtz of Westminster, Maryland (daughter of Paul and Cathy Virtz); and Amy Wilber of Delmar, Maryland (daughter of Gary and Melanie Wilber).

MidAtlantic Farm Credit offers scholarships to high school seniors or students currently enrolled in a two or four year program. To be eligible, the applicants or their parents or guardians must be members of MidAtlantic Farm Credit. The selections are based on both the applicant’s academic success and extracurricular activity participation.
