By leveraging Leonardo’s technology solutions, we can provide our customers with a complete technology platform to streamline their workflow and image management to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Leonardo Worldwide Corporation, technology company for the global hospitality industry, today announced a renewed and expanded agreement with Sabre Hospitality Solutions to provide hotel customers an end-to-end hotel media management and technology solution for the storage, processing, hosting and servicing of visual content.

Leonardo’s solution solves a significant challenge for marketers in the travel sector who currently manage visual content across multiple disparate systems for distribution to proprietary systems, third party technology vendors and travel websites.

The integration provides a seamless hotel content management solution to source and manage visual content across multiple applications for hotel online marketing efforts, reducing the amount of work, overhead cost and synchronization errors that occur when marketers in the travel sector are required to manage media in multiple systems.

Sabre hotel customers that subscribe to Premium or Enterprise versions of Leonardo’s VScape Hotel Digital Asset Management System can manage their visual content in either the Sabre’s SynXis Central Reservations or in Leonardo’s VScape Platform and access the content for use in applications such as their hotel website booking engine. This eliminates the repetitive tasks of managing content in separate applications and databases and provides advanced enterprise-level technology for image management.

Expanded Connectivity and Distribution Capabilities

Also under the agreement, Sabre Hospitality Solutions will upgrade to VScape Standard for hotel customers. This will enable these clients to increase the quality and quantity of visual content they can manage for distribution to third-party travel websites in Leonardo’s VNetwork.

“We’re delighted to develop our long-standing partnership with Leonardo. By leveraging Leonardo’s technology solutions, we can provide our customers with a complete technology platform to streamline their workflow and image management to provide an outstanding guest experience,” said Paolo Torchio, vice president, product management, Sabre Hospitality Solutions.

“We’re thrilled to strengthen our relationship with Sabre Hospitality Solutions and provide marketers in the travel sector with a solution to the complex challenge of utilizing multiple systems for their media management. Utilizing our technology will provide Sabre’s hospitality customers with a central content system to manage the visual content in their online marketing channels,” said John McAuliffe, President, Leonardo.
