Intelex Technologies is honoured to be awarded Gold Standard winner as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies in 2015 for excellence in business performance. This marks four consecutive Best Managed awards for the cloud software company.

Deloitte's Best Managed program recognizes Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues over $10 million demonstrating strategy, capability and commitment to achieve sustainable growth. “I would like to recognize the efforts of everyone at Intelex. It takes a dedicated effort from an entire team to focus on a core vision, create stakeholder value and excel in the global economy to achieve this level of success,” said Peter Brown, Partner, Deloitte and Co-Leader, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program.

Intelex attributes on-going success to its proven ability to execute on a clear business vision, a commitment to building an engaged and passionate workforce, and a corporate culture focused on delivering innovation and customer excellence. Over the last 10 years, the company has achieved in excess of 35 percent year over year growth. As one of the fastest growing technology firms in North America, Intelex hired 100 new staff in 2015. The company is well on its way to hiring an additional 100 employees bringing its total to almost 500 by the end of the year. To further bolster its market leading position, Intelex also announced in 2015 it had secured the single largest private equity financing round in recent Canadian history at $CAD 160 million.

Established in 1993, Canada’s Best Managed Companies is one of the country’s leading business awards programs recognizing Canadian-owned and managed companies that have implemented world-class business practices and created value in innovative ways. Applicants are evaluated by an independent judging panel on overall business performance, including leadership, strategy, core competencies, cross-functional collaboration throughout organization, and talent.

“I am incredibly proud and humbled by this latest achievement,” said Mark Jaine, President and CEO of Intelex. “To be awarded Gold Standard winner status is an acknowledgement of the entire team’s ability to deliver day-in, day-out, year after year to our customers. This kind of consistency comes directly from the deep commitment we all share to delivering customer success.”

2015 winners of the Canada’s Best Managed Companies award, along with Requalified, Gold Standard, Gold Requalified winners and Platinum Club members will be honoured at the annual Canada’s Best Managed Companies gala in Toronto on April 12, 2016. On the same date, the Best Managed symposium will address leading-edge business issues that are key to the success of today’s business leaders.
