Dominion Enterprises is Recipient of 2016 Training Top 125 Award

Training magazine, the leading business publication for learning and development professionals, recently recognized Dominion Enterprises as a recipient of the 2016 Training Top 125 award for its outstanding training initiatives.

This is the second year in a row that Dominion Enterprises made the list.

Training magazine annually selects 125 organizations that are committed to leadership development, innovative training solutions, and demonstrable results of training programs. Now in its sixteenth year, the Training Top 125 is the only report that ranks companies unsurpassed in harnessing human capital.

The Top 125 awards are determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives. Companies that wish to be considered for Top 125 ranking complete a detailed application to be scored both quantitatively (70 percent of total score) by an outside research and statistical data company and qualitatively (30 percent of total score) by Training magazine editors and Top 10 Hall of Fame representatives.
