Joseph Callister defends clients in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across Texas and the United States. He has successfully tried several cases and arbitrations, and obtained temporary restraining orders and injunctions. Joseph’s clients range from high net worth individuals to large, publicly traded companies.
Mario Perez Dolan has represented both public and private companies in a broad array of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, financing transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He also advises clients on a number of securities matters including, joint ventures, private offerings, venture capital financings, and SEC reporting.
Jacob Fain counsels clients in a broad variety of contract-based disputes, including those related to oil and gas royalties, non competition and non solicitation agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. Representing clients from across the United States, as well as entities based in the United Kingdom and Mexico, Jacob has experience in a range of sectors, including manufacturing and distribution, real estate development, and energy.
Ethan Minshull has experience working both sides of the docket, representing companies in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, deceptive trade practices, and fraudulent transfer claims, as well as significant experience in bankruptcy law. His practice features experience in both state and federal litigation for small business, corporate, and individual clients.
Noah Nadler has successfully represented companies from many different industries in a wide array of complex litigation—with a focus in representing corporate policyholders in litigation involving large claims under all types of insurance policies. He has consistently shown a track record of success representing clients in state and federal court, appeals, arbitrations, negotiations, and proactively protecting clients with thoughtful risk-management strategies.
Seema Tendolkar is a litigator focusing on complex commercial and employment disputes. She also has significant experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporations and representing clients during government investigations. Seema represents clients in both federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
J. Rob Wills, IV focuses his practice on the representation of developers, lenders, property owners, landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisition and sales, finance, land-use planning and development transactions. He negotiates land acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases and landlord/tenant leases, and has coordinated land use issues.
