Mr. Tober is widely recognized for his proven ability to manage and consult on eDiscovery and data management projects in some of the largest “bet-your-company” litigations in history. Mr. Tober’s extensive experience includes domestic and international matters involving complex commercial litigation, anti-trust and class action lawsuits, bankruptcy, intellectual property disputes and post-acquisition disputes, as well as internal investigations such as accounting and corporate governance investigations, public and private offerings, SEC compliance, SEC and DOJ investigations, and various other regulatory oversight matters. His business development teams have been widely recognized for their consultative approach and attention to client satisfaction.
