Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) March 15, 2016 -- TransferSoft® Inc., a provider of the most efficient data transfer software to OEMs, today announced the promotion of Zoe Regan to Chief Operating Officer. Regan was previously the Director of Finance for the company.
The promotion of Regan to the executive team, along with the hiring of additional key engineering personnel last month, are part of a planned progression as the company continues to see stellar growth and adoption of its HyperTransfer® software platform across a variety of markets, including Big Data, Cloud, disaster recovery and research. The enterprise class embeddable software enables applications to more reliably, efficiently, and cost effectively transfer and transform data as it moves between systems and locations.

Additionally, Regan will continue to oversee all financial aspects of the company.
Regan’s stellar career spans more than a decade in key leadership roles at high profile consulting institutions like Deloitte Consulting, LLP; and investment banking firms like FBR Capital Markets Corporation; American Capital Strategies, Ltd. and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. In this role, she led strategy and financial Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects within the consumer & industrial products industry, steering cross-functional teams on multiple successful M&A engagements. While there, she developed a synergy valuation model for a $4 billion M&A client to identify, validate cost redundancies and measure operational impacts to the combined business. Regan started her investment banking career as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin shortly after receiving her undergraduate degree. While there, she performed financial analysis for capital transactions and assisted in rendering opinions for M&A transactions, solvency, ESOP, and general business advisory purposes.
