Intuitus Capital (Cube Capital Partners) Invests in Village Park of Alpharetta
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 14, 2016 -- Intuitus Capital has invested $8 million of Preferred Equity in the Village Park of Alpharetta senior living development which will be developed and managed by Village Park Senior Living. Located within a half mile from the Avalon community, Village Park of Alpharetta will boast 128 Class-A independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments, homes and townhouses.
Contemporaneous with this significant investment, Intuitus Capital has spun off all of its real estate holdings into a new entity, Cube Capital Partners, which will be led by former Intuitus Capital Partner, Ranvy Singh.
